Mr. Loorz is a litigation and business specialist. By always keeping the bigger picture in mind, Mr. Loorz can aid his clients through the difficulties of litigation while taking into account the unique need of each client as it relates to the specific allegations of a case. Mr. Loorz also uses his litigation experience to inform and aid his legal advice to his business clientele, focusing on balancing future risk and the practical needs of the client.
Mr. Loorz joined what would become LeVangie, Long, Loorz in 2011, then focusing on representing a local developer in class-action lawsuits and ensuring his client was fully protected from liability at every step of the way. Mr. Loorz’s early work for a developer helped hone his appreciation of risk transfer principles and paying attention to how the litigation directly affected the client’s business operation. Mr. Loorz has since branched out to apply these principles of risk transfer and business realities to a variety of clients, including extended care facilities, non-profit entities, individual professionals and more.
Mr. Loorz is a Sacramento area native, having grown up in the Sierra Nevada foothills. When not in the office, Mr. Loorz enjoys spending time with his wife and raising his two children.
