Ann Emanuels

Ann Emanuels earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 1984. She then attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.  While there, she attended one semester abroad in London, England, where she studied the English legal system along with her other law school classes.  After graduation and passing the bar, Ms.  Emanuels began practicing for Fonda & Garrard, an insurance defense firm in Santa Monica, California, where she became a partner.   She tried numerous trials to verdict while working in the Los Angeles area. She tried two criminal cases in conjunction with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.  She also worked on many insurance fraud cases while with that firm. 

In 1995 Ann Emanuels relocated to Elk Grove and began working for Farmers House Counsel. There she handled all types of cases for Farmers Insurance including dog bites, trampoline accidents and car and truck accidents, burn cases, incident involving a child drowning, brain damages cases, premises liability including slip and falls and property disputes and a carbon monoxide poisoning case. She again tried many cases to verdict in various counties surrounding Sacramento.

After taking time off to raise her 3 daughters, she returned to the practice of law working for a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm.  She worked there about 7 years and handled a variety of cases including catastrophic physical injury and traumatic brain injury.  In May 2018 Ann Emanuels began working with LeVangie Law Group.
